Medical & Prescription Plans

Employees can choose from several plans, each designed for different needs. All medical plans include prescription drug and hearing coverage, as well as provider coverage for both in-network and out-of-network services. High-deductible health plans automatically include a Health Savings Account (HSA).

FSA

Employees can choose to opt in to our Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program, allowing them to put aside money on a pre-tax basis to fund qualified medical expenses.

Dental

Employees can choose from two plans, as well as their own dentist, receiving the greatest benefits by visiting a participating provider.

Vision

Employees may choose their own eye care provider but will receive the greatest benefits by visiting a participating provider.

Short & Long-Term Disability

The firm provides short and long-term disability coverage to all active employees working a minimum of 20 hours/week in the U.S. and Canada. Short-term disability is provided at no cost to employees.

Life & Accidental Death Insurance

Full-time employees receive two times their annual salary (to a maximum of $100,000) in life insurance, and the same amount in accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, at no cost. Eligible employees can elect supplemental AD&D insurance for themselves or their family, as well as supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouse/domestic partner, and/or their eligible children.

Critical Illness

Voluntary coverage for yourself and your family that can provide a lump sum benefit payment should you be diagnosed with a covered illness or condition.

Hospital Indemnity

Voluntary coverage for yourself and your family that can provide a daily benefit if you have a covered stay in a hospital, critical care unit or rehabilitation facility.

Accident

Voluntary coverage for yourself and your family that can provide a lump sum benefit payment for specific injuries and events resulting from a covered accident.

PTO, Holidays & Flextime

Employees receive nine paid holidays and accrue paid time off (PTO). The firm also offers flexible scheduling and flextime options, which you can learn about in our blog.

Paid Leave

The firm provides paid options for parental/caregiver, bereavement, military, and court duty leave.

401(k)

Employees can enroll in our best-in-class 401(k) program immediately after receiving their first paycheck. GFT will match 100% up to 4% of your pre-tax or Roth 401(k) deferrals, and employees are vested after two years of credited service.

529 Savings Plan

This tax-deferred savings plan for qualified education expenses can aid in lifelong learning — from K–12 to college and apprenticeships through retirement — to achieve a better future.

Commuter Reimbursement Account

Employees can choose to opt in to our Commuter Reimbursement Account (CRA) program, allowing them to put aside money on a pre-tax basis to fund qualified transportation expenses.

Professional Development

From professional licensing and tuition reimbursement to participation in our mentorship program and employee resource groups , we have professional development opportunities for every employee.

Wellness Programs

Supported by our Wellness Committee, we offer multiple free wellness programs throughout the year. Additionally, we provide reimbursement for home fitness equipment, gym memberships, and fitness trackers.

Employee Assistance Program

If you feel overwhelmed by the demands of balancing work and family life, you and your family members have access to various counseling services, including legal, financial, and work-life balance assistance. The program includes up to three sessions, per issue, per year, at no charge.
