One Water Expert Joins GFT
GFT is pleased to welcome Judith Ibarra-Bianchetta, PE, CFM, ENV SP, a nationally recognized water industry leader with more than 25 years of experience, as national One Water market leader and west water leader.
“Judith is a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of the water sector in Texas, California, and the broader Western U.S.,” said Daven Oswalt, GFT’s Water Business Group division president. “Her ability to provide clients with exceptional value while leading collaborative, high-performing teams will be instrumental as we continue to expand our impact and deliver innovative solutions for communities across Texas and California, two of the fastest-growing and most complex water infrastructures in the U.S.”

Her experience across California, Texas, Florida, and Washington, D.C. positions her to drive scalable, forward-looking strategies that integrate water supply, quality, and resilience.
People-Centric, Purpose-Driven Leader

Her addition to the team reflects GFT’s continued investment in strategic growth across the water sector, particularly in One Water and water reuse, critical focus areas for utilities navigating increasing demand, regulatory complexity, and climate variability.
