Andrew “Drew” Shufelt leads the growth and expansion of GFT’s data center market sector and is responsible for expanding the practice in this rapidly growing market. He works across business groups to strengthen client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and position GFT as a trusted partner for mission-critical and data center facilities. Shufelt focuses on supporting energy-intensive facilities by aligning GFT’s expertise in power, water, facility design, construction services, and program management to meet evolving client needs.

Shufelt has more than two decades of experience in the power industry, including business development and strategic growth. He has built and managed high-value sales pipelines, negotiated long-term service agreements, and partnered with clients to advance complex infrastructure programs across utility, renewable, industrial, and commercial markets.

Prior to joining GFT, Shufelt held leadership roles at national power engineering and infrastructure firms, where he consistently drove growth and developed strong client partnerships. His experience spans generation, transmission, distribution, substations, supervisory control and data acquisition, and grid interconnection projects, providing a strong foundation for supporting the infrastructure demands of modern data centers.
