Learn More About Audrey:
With more than 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry—including roles in operations, private practice, and in-house counsel—Daly brings a multidimensional perspective to legal leadership.
Daly has played a critical leadership role in GFT’s transformation, steering the legal function through a period of accelerated growth and multiple mergers and acquisitions. Keenly focused on building trust across the organization, her team uses a business partner model to support GFT with clear, consistent, and actionable counsel on matters including contract negotiation, corporate transactions, governance, litigation, and regulatory compliance. The goal is to enable—not obstruct—strong decision-making and risk-aware innovation.
Prior to her current role, Daly served as corporate counsel for GFT. In that role she advised on international operations, managed complex professional liability claims, and led efforts to transform a number of key corporate policies. Before joining GFT, she practiced commercial litigation at a full-service law firm with a focus on construction law, following early roles in environmental compliance.
