Grech brings more than 25 years of global experience in project and preconstruction delivery, with a background in structuring major pursuits, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and positioning large programs for successful execution. That experience informs the firm’s ability to tailor delivery approaches to each client’s goals, market conditions, and project-specific risks.
