The state of Ohio, through its Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and the Ohio Geographically Referenced Information Program (OGRIP), needed a cost-effective, scalable way to develop, enhance, and support geographic information systems (GIS) applications leveraging the Esri^®ArcGIS enterprise geospatial platform across Ohio. These applications and solutions are critical to delivering public services such as dam monitoring, forest inventory, parcel management, and environmental protection.

However, many agencies across Ohio struggle to meet growing technical demands with limited internal GIS capacity. Therefore, the state implemented a centralized cooperative contract that would allow eligible Ohio government agencies to access Esri-based geospatial data analysis, support, implementation, and development, without launching their own procurement processes.

Through DAS Contract #ACQ1050, we deliver enterprise Esri development and support services across Ohio’s public sector.
