Deliverables Based Information Technology Services (DBITS)
Under Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) contract DIR-CPO-6213, GFT provides a full range of information technology (IT) services to Texas state agencies and local governments through the Deliverables Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) program. This contract vehicle streamlines procurement, allowing eligible organizations to quickly engage GFT without a full competitive bid process.
Services span the full technology lifecycle, from application development and system modernization to data strategy, IT planning, and project and program management. GFT brings deep experience supporting public sector clients with scalable, compliant, and outcome-driven IT solutions.
DBITS
- Application Maintenance and Support: Maintain, enhance, and secure existing systems, including legacy applications.
- Technology Upgrade, Migration, and Transformation: Modernize systems through migration, transformation, and implementation of new technologies.
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Initiatives: Support ERP initiatives through business process reengineering, system implementation, and user training.
- Business Intelligence: Integrate applications and data to deliver actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Data Solutions: Define data strategies, assess infrastructure, and develop roadmaps for data-driven initiatives.
- Data Warehousing: Design and implement data warehouse solutions, including data integration, transformation, and loading.
- Data Governance: Establish governance frameworks to improve data quality, consistency, and reporting.
- IT Assessments and Planning: Evaluate IT environments and develop plans to improve performance, maturity, and alignment.
- Strategic Planning: Define mission, vision, and technology strategies, including enterprise architecture and organizational change.
- Market Research, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation: Support procurement through requirements development, evaluation, negotiation, and contract transition.
- Project and Program Management: Lead projects and programs using proven methodologies, including the Texas Project Delivery Framework.
